DON’T FORGET YOUR PHOTO ID!
We aren’t able to perform any piercing services without your ID. Please bring valid government issued photo ID to your appointment.

PETS
Pets are not allowed at Ouro, as per Vancouver Coastal Health. The only exception are guide/service dogs. Please call us if you are bringing a guide/service dog so we can make preparations.

LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals are subject to appointment cancellation.

COMPANIONS
You are welcome to bring a maximum of 2 companions to accompany you during your piercing experience. This is due to space limitations but more importantly, we strive to provide a calming ambiance for each client getting pierced, while allowing our piercers to perform to the best of their abilities in a quiet environment.
