📜 Update on U.S. Customs (De Minimis Rule)
Recent U.S. regulatory changes have removed the previous $800 duty-free exemption (“de minimis”). This means all U.S. orders—regardless of value—may now incur import duties and tariffs.
💰 Jewellery Origin: Hong Kong
Because your pieces are manufactured in Hong Kong, they fall under this new regulation.
Duties and tariffs must be prepaid by the customer before the order ships.
📦 How the Process Works

Order Placement - You place your order on our website as usual.

Tariff Calculation - When we create your shipping label through our courier (Chit Chats), the exact tariff and duty amount is calculated based on the product value and country of origin.

Tariff Invoice - We will email you a separate invoice for the required duties and tariffs.
- Shipment - Your order ships as soon as the tariff invoice is fully paid.
✨ A Quick Reminder
The amount paid at checkout covers only your jewellery and standard shipping (if applicable). Your order will remain on hold until the tariff invoice is settled.
